This beautiful villa has everything you need and much more. Sit back and relax with a cold drink by the pool and enjoy the calm water and nature around you. This villa has 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds and can accommodate six guests.

A crib and highchair are provided upon request.

Please note: The $300 security deposit is required. The electric fee is based on usage and calculated at $0.20 / kWh. It is due and payable at depature. $15.00 per day is included in your stay. As per local City ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights. Please contact us if your party includes children up to age 17.

Diese Villa verfügt über 1 Kingsize-, 1 Queensize- und 2 Einzelbetten und bietet Platz für sechs Gäste.

Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl werden auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.

Bitte beachten Sie: Die Kaution beträgt $3500. DIe Stromkosten in Höhe von $0,20/kWh, basierend auf der Nutzung während Ihres Aufenthalts, sind bei Abreise zu zahlen. $15,00 pro Tag sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Gemäß einer Verordnung der Stadt Cape Coral beträgt die Mindestmietdauer für Ferienhäuser in Cape Coral 7 Nächte.
