The spacious Villa Cape Horzon is a beautiful vacation home in one of the most desirable SW Cape Coral neighborhoods. The home features stunning views over the wide salt water canal and with a little luck you can see dolphins right in front of you, just spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with shopping and restaurants close by. 5 bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests.

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basicrent only covers two guests. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. Theelectric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departurebased on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rentalperiod for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.
