The bed sizes are 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. The home has exquisite travertine and real wood flooring and is furnished in an appealing eclectic style that makes it stand out in the crowded field of Cape Coral vacation properties.

Lush tropical foliage surrounds the beautiful pool area, which includes a covered patio with decorative balustrade, electrically heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of room for the lounge chairs. Relax by the pool, have a cocktail at the bar, enjoy a barbeque at night on this party pool area.

The house is situated near the Downtown Cape Coral area on an oversized lot with NE exposure, overlooking a Gulf access canal close to an intersection. Guests are welcome to use the private dock with Tiki hut. Bars and restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment are close by, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. Whether you are looking for a quiet vacation spot or prefer to be in the middle of things - Villa Sunshine offers it all.

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Die Bettengrößen sind 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin Betten, Die Fußböden bestehen aus exquisitenTarvertinefliesen und echtem Holz, und der attraktive eklektische Einrichtungsstil lässt dieses Haus in dem dichten Feld an Ferienhäusern in Cape Coral herausragen.

Üppige tropische Bepflanzung umgibt den bildschönen Poolbereich, der eine überdachte Terrasse mit dekorativer Balustrade und den elektrisch beheizbaren Pool mit Spa umfasst sowie eine Außenküche und genug Platz für die Liegestühle. Entspannung am Pool, ein Cocktail an der Bar, ein Grillabend - dafür ist dieser Partybereich perfekt geeignet.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von Downtown Cape Coral auf einem übergroßen Grundstück mit Nordostausrichtung und überblickt einen Kanal mit Golfzugang unweit einer Kanalkreuzung. Gäste können das private Dock mit Tikihütte gerne nutzen. Bars und Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung liegen ganz in der Nähe, aber doch weit genug entfernt um Lärm zu vermeiden. Egal ob Sie nach einem ruhigen Urlaubsdomizil suchen oder bevorzugt mittendrin wohnen - Villa Sunshine bietet tatsächlich beides.

Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gäste. Die Basismiete gilt nur für zwei Gäste. Die $300 Kaution ist komplett erstattbar. Die Stromkosten von $0.15 / kWh sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch während Ihres Aufenthaltes kalkuliert.
