Villa Casablanca
The luxurious villa was build and furnished in December 2014. Beautifully located at a huge fresh water lake, Villa Casablanca is the ideal vacation spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view from the big pool deck, or the 2nd floor balcony which spans over the full width of the house. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the stunning sunrise, just amazing! The villa offers 4 bedrooms each with full bath, featuring granite counter tops and beautiful travertine showers. Every bedroom is equipped with a big flat screen TV and WIFI is of course complementary! The designer gourmet kitchen with real wood cabinets, stainless steal appliances and a massive granite counter will let you enjoy cooking for your friends and family. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes with the car only and Fort Myers Beach or famous Sanibel Island is roughly a 30 to 45 minutes drive. The north east of Cape Coral is a quiet area to find peace and relaxation, but it is a good starting point for trips to Miami or Orlando as well. Villa Casablanca
Die luxuriöse Villa Casablanca wurde Dezember 2014 neu gebaut und eingerichtet. Die wunderschöne Lage am großen Süßwaßersee lässt keine Wünsche offen. Genießen Sie den atemberaubenden Ausblick vom Pooldeck oder der großzügigen Terrasse im 2. Stock. Das Haus ist zum Pool und See hin nach Osten ausgerichtet, nehmen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse, oder am Pool und bestaunen Sie wie die Sonne über dem See aufgeht....einfach paradiesisch!
Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem voll ausgestattetem Bad mit Dusche, Waschtisch mit Granitoberfläche.
Die große komplett eingerichtete Echtholzküche mit geschwungener Granitarbeitsplatte und Edelstahlgeräten laesst das Kochen zum Vergnügen werden. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit TV ausgestattet und natürlich steht WIFI kostenlos zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt und nach Fort Myers zum Strand oder der berühmten vorgelagerten Inseln Sanibel sind es zwischen 30 und 45 Minuten. Hier im Nordosten von Cape Coral finden Sie Ruhe und Erholung, aber die Gegend ist auch ein idealer Startpunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Miami, oder Orlando.

Fantasic villa
we thought the villa could not be better than described on the web site BUT what a wonderful home, we have no complaints well fitted out top quality though out. if we had any comments against our rental, it would be that the pool water was cold (the villa had be empty for a couple of weeks before we arrived and the pool heater had been turned off- it would be nice to visit and have the pool water at a reasonable temperature but I guess that's down to luck, the next visitors arrive the day we left which meant that they had the benefit of us heating the pool. The pool and spa are really nice especially as the Florida weather was the warmest at Christmas on record!
We had a little problem with one of the TVs not working in one of the bedrooms (unfortunately it was our 13 year old grandsons room but the upside was it meant he spent more time with us in the lounge).
Peter and the property management staff were great, very helpful & full of knowledge.
They return our deposit very quickly - paying into our UK account.
To conclude:
Nobody wanted to come home, I am being badgered to re book for our next trip to Florida. Would we recommend the villa and the letting company - YES - YES -YES
Beautiful home
Our family stayed for a week with a 5 yr old and 1 yr old. The home is lovely, and nicely decorated in modern decor. There are three main floor bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Also included is access to one garage (fits one car plus included bikes) with garage door openers to use during your stay. Upstairs includes a master suite, his/hers walk-in closets, and large bath.
The pool area faces east towards the lake/canal. The sunrise is gorgeous and the pool area will get full sun until about 3pm (this may shift depending on time of year). Then the side area of the patio towards the canal remains in the sun, but the pool itself will be shaded. This was great for us as we didn't want too much sun on our young kids or ourselves.
The pool/patio is the largest living space of the home and included 8 lounge chairs, dining for 8 and high bar table for 8. Also included were two hammock swings (fabulous for a nap) and a ping pong table. The pool can be lit at night, and the spa can be heated if preferred. The pool also has a heater. The weber gas grill is available for use, but note there is a separate cleaning fee to use the grill (it is very clean).
The house was clean, well maintained, and the property mgmt was very pleasant from contract to arrival to departure. Our only con was we unfortunately saw a few cockroaches during our stay; they do have the home regularly serviced but it is an unfortunate reality of Florida and rain. We double bagged any non-refrigerated food items in ziplock bags and had no issues.
We spent a week at this incredible villa and had a fantastic time. The house is brand new (built at the end of 2014) and immaculately decorated in tasteful modern decor.
Living / Kitchen Area:
The kitchen and living is open concept, perfect for entertaining or spending quality time with the family. The living room has a large TV and reclining leather sofas. The kitchen has new modern appliances, and pretty much everything else you will need.
Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms on the main floor each with their own private bathroom, and large flatscreen TV. Two of the main floor bedrooms have direct access to the pool through sliding glass doors. One of those main floor bedrooms has a bathroom that has door connecting to the outside pool area. The master bedroom is the only room upstairs and has very large balcony the stretches the full length of the house. The master bathroom is huge and features a soaker tub and large walkthrough shower. There is a lovely sitting area on the upstairs balcony with it's own wine fridge, great for a quite evenings overlooking the lake.
Pool Area:
The pool is absolutely fantastic! it's roughly 40 feet long and about 5.5 feet deep at the deep end. There is an additional shallow wading area that was great for our infant daughter. On the other end there is a built in hot tub that would likely seat about 6 people. At night you can turn on the multi color pool lights. The pool deck has two tables each seating 8 people comfortably. There is a basketball net, a ping pong table, and a variety of pool toys. The house also had a great portable bluetooth tower speaker you could use on the pool deck for outdoor music.
Extras:
- There were brand new bikes in the garage for use. Both mountain bike, and beach cruiser style bikes, as well as smaller bikes for kids.
- Brand new (we were the first to use) Graco pack n' play and high chair for babies
- There were beach chairs and umbrellas for use
- The Weber barbecue by the pool was excellent and immaculately cleaned.
Cons:
- During our stay we had an issue with the hot water. It had a strong sulphur (rotten egg) smell whenever you turned on the hot water. This made having a shower or doing dishes quite unpleasant. Peter, the property manager, and the rest of the Comfort Homes team were very helpful trying to resolve the issue.
- There isn't much to do in Cape Coral. Most activities and beaches are about 40-60 minutes away. But the house more than makes up for it!
Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Casablanca. Wie letztes Jahr war es eine traumhafte Zeit. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ganz einfach gesagt: es war alles perfekt. Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem gesamten Team und vor allem Peter, der uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Villa. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Bereits die Anfahrt zur Villa ist ein Traum. Sie liegt am Ende der Strasse und triumpiert natürlich gegenüber allen anderen Nachbarhäusern. Im Haus ist alles sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist mega viel Platz und ich würde gerne einen Menschen sehen, der während des Urlaubs die begehbaren Kleiderschränke füllen kann :-) Die sind echt fantastisch.
Im Haus hat es uns an garnichts gefehlt. Es war sauber, es war alles vorhanden...
Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gigantisch. Sehr viel Platz und einen tollen Pool mit Whirlpool. Einen wundervollen Blick auf den See. Morgens hatten wir oft einen Alligator zu Besuch der um unser Haus geschwommen ist.
Die Abwicklung mit der Hausverwaltung war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und problemlos. Ebenfalls die Betreuung vor Ort durch Peter war auch sehr angenehm. Er war stets pünktlich und zuverlässig.
Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Eine absolute Traumvilla an einem wunderbaren See. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Von der super Poolanlage bis hin zum perfekten Ambiente in der Villa. Ein absoluter Ort zum Entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns schon auf's nächste Jahr.
